ASSOCANTUCCINI |

Masoni Pietro Sas is a member of Assocantuccini, association between Almonds Cantuccini Toscani's productors. This association aims to protect and enhance one of the typical biscuits of Tuscany, one of the best known and appreciated in the world.
Cantuccini have a centuries-old tradition with roots that go back at least to the sixteenth century and at the Medici's court. The name seems to derive from ""canto"" part of a set or from ""cantellus"" in Latin piece or slice of bread. You can enjoy alone or dunked in Vin Santo wine.
Assocantuccini made up 13 Tuscan producers, all renowned guardians of traditional production and quality of ingredients of first choice, where are Almonds (20% of finished product). Cantuccini are exported from Tuscany for 37% of production and they are living an increasing diffusion, as well as in established market even in Scandinavian countries, Est Europe and Asia.
